Welcome to our farm! We are a small farm, with 2.75 acres and our parents have 5 acres next door that we are able to utilize for pasture. We dabble in many things to try and get to a self sufficient farm. We Breed and raise Southdown Babydoll sheep and a small flock of chickens. We have also raised Kunekune-American Guinea Hog crosses, Ducks, Turkeys and geese as we feel the need. We butcher our own animals and package the meat ourselves to get the most out of the animal. They live a happy life at our farm and we enjoy having time with each of them. We have a garden every year and can/ freeze or otherwise store most of our own food. I also make wine, jams and jellies from the fruit on the property as well as around the area.
Miss SweatPea is our farm friend. She was born in 2016 extremely small. Her mother had twins and she was about 1/2 the size of her brother. We bottle fed her, getting up ever 2 hours to feed her. She is friendly and still comes when called (most of the time).
Opal joined our farm in March 2017. Her first vet check with us was at 13 weeks old and she was 30 lbs. She is in training on the farm.
The view from our front porch. So nice to be able to sit there and enjoy the farm.
We are located at 192-28-20 Kiona Road Randle, WA 98377. Google map does not find us but it will get you close.
